What services does CTDev offer?
Landing pages, multi-page sites, design and theming, free Cloudflare Pages hosting, SEO, and AI optimization (GEO). Every site is built with Astro and deployed as static files.
How much does a website cost?
Starter landing pages from €250, multi-page sites from €500. Custom projects are quoted individually. Hosting is free — you only pay for your domain name (€10–15/year).
How long does it take to build a website?
A landing page can be ready from 3 days, depending on features and our current workload. Multi-page sites take from 7 working days, depending on scope, how busy we are, and how ready your content is — images, texts, and other materials.
Do I need WordPress?
Most people don't. WordPress requires ongoing maintenance, security updates, and paid hosting. Static sites are faster, more secure, and cost nothing to host. We build on Astro instead.
What is static hosting and why is it free?
A static site is a collection of HTML, CSS, and image files — no database, no server-side code. Cloudflare Pages serves these files from their global CDN for free, with unlimited bandwidth and automatic HTTPS.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The code lives in a GitHub repository under your account. No proprietary CMS, no platform subscription, no licence fee. If you want to take the project elsewhere, you can.
Will my site be on Google?
Every site is built with SEO fundamentals: semantic HTML, meta tags, structured data, sitemap, and fast load times. SEO is not instant — search engines need time to crawl and rank your pages — but a well-optimized site builds visibility over time.
What about AI search like ChatGPT and Perplexity?
Every site includes AI optimization (GEO): clear heading hierarchy, direct answers, schema.org structured data, and clean semantic HTML. This makes it easier for AI assistants to cite your business as a source.
Can I update the content myself?
Content updates require editing the source files and redeploying. For simple text changes, we can show you how. For larger changes, we offer ongoing support. The code is standard HTML and TypeScript — any developer can work with it.
What happens after launch?
Your site goes live on Cloudflare Pages. Hosting is free indefinitely. You renew your domain once a year (€10–15). If you need changes, we're available for ongoing support.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes. We offer support on a per-task or retainer basis. Static sites need very little maintenance — no security patches, no plugin updates — but content changes and new features are available on request.
What if I already have a website?
We can rebuild it as a static site, migrate your content, and preserve your SEO rankings with proper redirects. The process page covers what to expect during a redesign.
